How to use- A+B Putty Products
Mixing and applying A+B putty is as easy as one, two, three. For A+B putty products simply cut off equal parts of the A+B bars. Knead and roll in your hands or on a clean working surface for approximately four to five minutes. The color of each bar should merge or blend to become one uniform color. Make sure no color streaks are visible. The product is now ready to be applied to a surface free of gas, grease, oil, rust, or excessive dirt and debris. Sanding or roughing up the surface is recommended. Apply the putty and allow thirty minutes work time on regular set or fifteen minutes for fast set putty products. A+B epoxy putty responds well to the use of water for smoothing and manipulation. Gloves are advisable for mixing and molding the putty products. Clean all tools or reusable gloves with soap and warm water immediately after use. After curing the product can be sanded, machined, drilled, tapped, turned, filled, sawn, or painted.  It even sets up under water!

How to use- A+B Paste Products
Mixing and Applying A+B paste is as easy as one, two, three.  For A+B paste products simply squeeze out equal amounts of the A+B tubes onto a disposable piece of cardboard.  Stir mix both A+B portions together using a stir stick or other disposable utensil for approximately one minute. The color of each tube should merge of blend to become one uniform color. Make sure no color streaks are visible. The product is now ready to be applied to a surface free of gas, grease, oil, rust, or excessive dirt and debris. Smooth surfaces should be cleaned with a suitable solvent to remove grease and dirt. Sanding or roughing up the surface is recommended. Apply the paste with the mixing stick, putty knife or spreading blade and allow six to ten minutes work time. A+B paste is ideal for bonding surface to surface or filling small cracks. Gloves are not always needed, but wash hands with soap and warm water after contact with mixed product.

Shelf Life
Always store A+B epoxy products in a cool dry location. Always place unused putty bars in a plastic zip lock type bag. For paste products always secure caps on product tubes and if possible store in a plastic zip lock type bag. A+B epoxy products have an excellent shelf life which provides the user many repair opportunities in future months. The estimated shelf life for unopened products is one year. Many of our customers find it workable for much longer periods based on ideal storage.
